The 26th Annual Springfield Hospital Golf Challenge will be on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Crown Point Country Club in Springfield, Vermont. We hope you can join us in the celebration.

This is an 18-hole mixed tournament for golfers of all levels of experience played in a scramble format. It is our largest fundraising event, and this year’s funds will go toward the Annual Giving Campaign to help purchase equipment and renovate our Emergency Department.

Platinum Tournament Sponsor – $10,000
Platinum-colored prominent signage at the start and end of the course, prominent recognition in the brochure, press releases, and media. This level also gives you a full team entry into the event, including mulligans and raffle tickets.

Gold Tournament Sponsor – $5,000
Gold-colored prominent signage at the start and end of the course, prominent recognition in the brochure, press releases, and media. This level also gives you a four-person team entry into the event with no extras.

Silver Anniversary Sponsor – $2,500
Silver-colored prominent signage at the start and end of the course, prominent recognition in the brochure, press releases, and media.
