Patient Service Specialist

Dawna brings over 33 years of experience in the healthcare field, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Education and a diverse background that includes homecare, EMT-A services, and medical office administration. Her career has been guided by a strong commitment to helping others and ensuring compassionate, efficient care in both clinical and administrative settings.

Over the years, Dawna has developed expertise in patient support, emergency response, and healthcare coordination. Whether delivering hands-on care in the field or managing the operational flow of a medical office, she consistently demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and a focus on high-quality service.

Outside of work, Dawna enjoys a wide range of outdoor and hands-on activities, including motorcycling, fishing, sewing, and hiking. These hobbies fuel her creativity and energy, keeping her grounded and ready to support both patients and colleagues with passion and purpose.

Outside of clinical practice, Ivy enjoys reading, writing, and photography. She’s an avid Boston Red Sox fan and a lover of scary movies—Halloween is always in season at her house.
