SPRINGFIELD, VT (JULY 3, 2025) — Springfield Hospital is announcing services at Mountain View Physical Therapy, currently located at 8 Main Street in Ludlow, VT, will be temporarily relocating effective July 18, 2025. This decision is part of an ongoing initiative establishing strategic priorities and ensuring healthcare accessibility and efficiency in the region, particularly in light of the evolving healthcare landscape and efforts to improve the affordability of healthcare services. 

The team at Mountain View Physical Therapy is dedicated to ensuring that all patients continue to receive the highest level of care during this transition. Patients will be contacted directly to reschedule their appointments at one of two convenient alternative locations: 100 River Street in Springfield, VT, or 1 Hospital Court in Bellows Falls, VT.  

Springfield Hospital is actively reviewing all options to improve operational efficiency and ensure cost-effective access to healthcare services for the region. The relocation of physical therapy services will help ensure continued local access to physical therapy services.
