With over 36 years of dedicated service at Springfield Hospital, Penny brings a strong background in both patient care and administrative support. Her career has spanned a variety of roles, including Physical Therapy Patient Support Services, Financial Counseling, Doctor Office Admissions, Outpatient Registration, and Emergency Room Registration. Through each position, she has developed a deep understanding of patient needs and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, efficient service.

Outside of work, Penny enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and taking motorcycle rides when the weather allows. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her grandchildren, who bring fun, energy, and purpose to her life.
