The 25th Annual Springfield Hospital Golf Challenge will be on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Crown Point Country Club in Springfield, Vermont. It is our Silver Anniversary, and we hope you can join us in the celebration.

This is an 18-hole mixed tournament for golfers of all levels of experience played in a scramble format. It is our largest fundraising event, and this year’s funds will go toward the Annual Giving Campaign to help purchase equipment and renovate our Emergency Department.

Platinum Tournament Sponsor – $10,000
Recognition that includes platinum-colored prominent signage at the start and end of the course, prominent recognition in brochure, advertisements, and media. This level also gives you a full team entry* into the event. *full team entry means four-person team with mulligans and raffle tickets for all the players. Note: as of August 16, we have a full roster of teams. For the $10,000 sponsorship, we will present you with a foursome of golf to Crown Point Country Club and a $100 gift certificate for lunch or dinner at the Crown Point Country Club Pub to be used on a different day.

Gold Tournament Sponsor – $5,000
Recognition that includes gold-colored prominent signage at the start and end of the course, prominent recognition in brochure, advertisements, and media. This level also gives you a four-person team entry** into the event. **team entry means a four-person team, no extras. Note: as of August 16, we have a full roster of teams. For the $5,000 sponsorship, we will present you with a foursome of golf to Crown Point Country Club to be used on a different day.

Silver Anniversary Sponsor – $2,500
In celebration of our 25th Silver Anniversary, we’re offering a special sponsorship opportunity: the Silver Anniversary Sponsor level. As a Silver Anniversary Sponsor, your business will be recognized as the donor of U.S. Mint Silver Dollars, which will be featured at our event’s raffle table. These commemorative coins will be purchased shortly before the event, so sponsorship at this level must be confirmed by September 2nd.

Tournament Sponsor – $1,000

Tee/Green Sponsor – $500
